  • You shouldn't have to use straps to deadlift; not a true deadlift, and you shouldn't stop and regrip to count as 30 reps.

  • @bluntzondamoon Honestly I find that touch and go puts more constant stress on the lower back which makes it harder i.m.o. With real deadlifts you get a slight pause in between reps.

  • would be more impressive if it was a legit dead lift,..... touch and go is sooooo much easier
