I use PlayOnLinux because there's more choices of programs on it to install . But yeah ... Wine-Doors is nice also ^_- I gave ya a 5*

I am using gtk-recordmydesktop. I found an awesome tutorial by a french guy on how to make Linux screencasts with recordmydesktop and kdenlive. I you want me to I'll send you the link. It really helps alot!
