i had poopy pants from it. well more like oily pants. My butt was leaking like a 83 ford pinto.

i never did..i stuck with and still am for 6 months lost 70pounds! stick with the low fat meals and you wont have issues

Enjoyable video clip... I have been working with DietOramy healthy eating plan (encountered it on search engines) for a while now and my personal positive effects are terrific - I already lost 6% of my total extra fat within first few weeks

@elizabeth7699 LOL. i hated it. it only happens when you eat more than the limit of grams of fat you're supposed to eat for each meal. i was on it when I was a senior in high school and damn lunch meals at school always made me feel like crap going home LOL LOL

We do need some fat - especially the healthy fats - extra virgin olive oil, fish oil, etc. The problem is that we usually get too much from the wrong types - saturated. We can afford to block some of that (Alli blocks about 30% of the fat from being absorbed from your gut).
