I saw it too, clearly green hair and purple coat to the right.

It's Heath Ledger in the grey suit from the first scene in the bank. You can see Heath (or his stunt double!) is playing around a bit under the thing, so it was obviously just thrown over him to stop prying eyes (cough) from finding out a whole lot.

i think thats batman with the cape, and i think that might be heath ledger on the right of batman in the vest, but then again he might be in his Joker costume...idk
