How did it happen?
Well Jim Jones was a power crazed nut period
-
@indiglo1971 That is absolutely untrue. Churches, as private entities, can purchase property anywhere they choose - and for whatever (legal) purpose they choose. That would include schools, churches, retreats, hospitals, homes et al. There is no such law on the books barring them from doing so.

he was nuts period

@indiglo1971 I am not involved with any cult or conspirancy.
-
@jimmyhd1969 If you are involved with the Babylon cult I implore you to get out of it immediately. The Bible tells us to get out of her. If you are a part of the Jesuit led smear campaign that is against all churches that are not members of the World Council of Churches, I may not be communicating with you again,

@indiglo1971 Alberto Rivera was never a Jesuit or even a priest fot that matter. He was a con man and a liar and his claims have been found not to be based in fact.
-
@jimmyhd1969 I want to correct you. This is the correct spelling of Atheist. Please feel free to correct me if I did not have to capitalize it. Read the testimony of former Jesuit Alberto Rivera. You find some of it at the Chick Publications website. Thomas Richards of Spirituallysmartdotcom also has information on this. Youtube "From Jonestown to Waco".

@indiglo1971 Jim Jones was never Catholic let alone a Jesuit. Jim Jones was an athiest and everyone knew he wasn't a Protestant let alone Christian. Where do you get your information?
