Oh, wow... To give YOU more info, it's actually a part of the live action American movie. Yeah, it's animated, but it's a prequel to the 2004 live action movie. So, ha! ;D

Nope... "Van Helsing" has never been a cartoon in any shape or form. It has been a live action American movie in 2004, and a video game based off of said movie. The closest cartoon form is a character in Marvel comics called "Rachel van Helsing." But that's comic books, not something animated.

You should look "Hellsing" up on Wiki. If you run a Wiki search for "van hellsing," it'll take you to everything I just pointed out. "Hellsing" will take you right to the manga and anime series.
