Prokofiev Toccata - super speed version

Or as I like to say, "quasi-Argerich speed".
At first I wanted to do this just for kicks and see what happen, but it pretty much ended better than the other one...

More mistakes obviously, and it's starting to become more obvious that I just can't play the section at 3:20 ... Also an unfortunate mistake at the end.

3:20 was a bit....off. But it's my least favorite part so i don't care much :D

And Horowitz himself completely butchered the ending so i guess you're entitled to make mistakes all you want.

This piece is indeed awesome! But difficult as hell, great accomplishment. I am so used to listening to "Argerich speed" recordings that I like this video better than the slower one, although the other recording also has some expressions that might get 'swallowed' in the speed. And you'll be learning Kapustin's concert etudes next? That'll be one hot summer XD
