A partial clip of Reverend Waits clapping, stomping and "scarecrowing" along as he belts out his gospel-esque tune, Jesus Gonna Be Here. Performed 6/22 at his Houston (Jones Hall) stop on the 2008 Glitter and Doom Tour.

  • I totally agree with you. On his 06 tour in ATL, there was a floor without seats - we were up front, grooving away. I rarely sit for ANY concert, anyway! But yeah - the only sit-down Waits songs are his piano ditties. Otherwise, I'd rather be stomping and scarecrowing along with him. :-)

  • Glad you all enjoy this. These videos were taken by my boyfriend. We thoroughly LOVED the show; even better than the Orphans tour in 2006, and that was hard to top.

    Will upload one more soon.

  • so damn-fucking great, this man has the POWER!

  • how can people manage to stay in their seats when this man is preaching? it just don't seem right to be sitting down. my wish?the next time Tom tours, tear the seats out of the auditoriums(except for the infirm, the lame) and put some seats way back in the back for those too tired or fokking lazy to get off their asses

  • he's like whiskey.. better when it's 60 years old.

  • here I am

  • I thought people had to stop being creative and singing and stuff after , like ...35 ??

  • Absolutley the best show I seen in my life, Tom is my favorite-after seeing the show I felt kind of depressed but in a good way-if that makes sense.

  • naaa! his voice is the same dunt forget he's almost 60!

  • He is one cool cat! =^.^=

  • Well age will do that

  • His voice seems to have changed a bit over the years. Not saying this is a bad thing, it just sounds different than it used to. Either way, he's still about a million times better than your average singer.

  • WOW awesome!! 5*'s :D
