Freddie had just been offered a deal with SONY when he got ALS and couldn't fulfill his end. He's now confined to a wheelchair. The goodlife went away. ONLY if you can donate a W/C van to Freddie, call 281 492-1712. Thanks.

Per Freddie & Netty: As Freddie was coming to the stage, someone yelled, "We thought you were white!" Netty says she told Freddie, "You better get you're ass up there and play something. Fast!" Freddie did his magic and everything turned out alright. Freddie says he stood in front of the American flag on purpose.

That was the only gig Freddie got escorted in and out by cops. KKK was there, some in robes. Notice the Confederate flag? Freddie just rocked out. Sorry, tellin' stories Netty!
