@fabianmeisterbusch This type of exercise will work your muscles, but you won't "bulk up", except in the sense that your leg muscles will be stronger. Also, please note that muscle, which tends to weigh more relative to the same amount of fat, tends to burn more calories at rest, which is a wonderful thing.

HURRAY! I was so sad because I could not fit into my winter clothes because I gained some weight over the summer. But, after doing 4 of your exercises a day, THEY ARE NOW BAGGY!!! I didn't even change my eating habits honestly... I just started to exercise!

I needa loose 5 lbs so ill look better in my halloween costume! :) Workouts here i come. And oh yeah with help from Neuro Slim the weight loss drink it actually works really well, and tastes like lemonade they have other kinds to help with sleep, concentrating, hydrating, ect....

I was thinking ok cool 10 minute workout I can do that easy and WOW I just got my butt kicked. I didnt know I was so unfit! I'm going to try this swimsuit workout plan for 4 weeks then try the bootcamp workout. Thanks Nicole!
