Xbox 360 Disc Scratch

This is how a 4hour new game looked after being played on my 6 day "old" Xbox360. And I can promise you that the X360 wasent moved what so ever, not touched during the gameplay.
This was the second, brand new, game the X360 scratched on a 10 hour time span. The first one got deeper scratches.
Both games where so severly scratched that they could not be used on the Xbox360 again.

Aftermath:
The Microsoft Xbox360 support in Sweden refused to compensate me for this and kept blaiming me for "moving" the Xbox around during gameplay.
I didnt even know I had those Jedi-powers to move things around without touching them.

Results?
The store where I bought my console actually refounded my entire buy without any questions and with a polite smile on their face!
Shoutout to "Game"-Sweden!

Lol i know happened to me (dont move your xbox 360 while its playing a game.. but you can with ps3 :P because it has a bluray protective coating :D)

I never even touched my xbox 360 when it was turned on, read the disc. under the clip :).

I have the same problem, Bought my 360 almost one year ago and it has never left its spot and now it has ruined 4 of my $60.00 game discs and microsoft says its my fault it I bumped it or tipped it. We should all ban together with a lawsuit and make them fix it. When you spend $400.00 on a system it shouldn't scratch the discs. I will never buy microsoft again! Disgusted Gamer!!!

The original xbox could be moved and nothing would happen. In fact the xbox360 is the only game system that ever had this problem. I bought Assassin's Creed Brotherhood yesterday, and now their's a scratch that goes all the way around the disk. It's bullshit.

@ruler100000 True that. But not only the protective coating, also the secure disc drive. You could flip the PS over and back again while a game is playing (not advised, but you can do it), and it would keep playing, no scratches.
