Making Friendship Bracelets: Lesson 3: Spiral S 1/3

Length of String: 45 inches (114 cm)


Step 1: Align you string in this order. 1 Dark Pink, 3 Pink, 1 Dark Pink, 1 Pink, 1 Dark Pink 3 Pink 1 Dark Pink.

Step 2: Pair each string together with the partner beside it going from left to right. (No knots just pair it)

Step 3: Using the 1st and 2nd string complete a LL knot. Repeat with the 3rd and 4th, and again with the 5th and 6th.

Step 4: With the 7th and 8th string, complete a LR knot. Repeat with the 9th and 10th.

Step 5: Now that you understand the pairing method. You are going to pair them up again leaving the 1st string out. Now your knot pattern will be, LL knot, LL knot, RR knot, RR knot, RR knot.

Step 6: Now we are back to the straight line method of knotting so pairing is no longer needed. Using the 2nd string complete a LL knot.

Step 7: With the 4th string from the left, complete 3 LL knots. With the 3rd string from the right, complete 2 RR knots.

Step 8: With the 5th string from the right, complete 3 RR knots and 1 RL knot.

Step 9: With the 6th string from the left, complete 4 LL knots and 1 LR knot.

Step 10: Using the 6th string from left, complete 2 RR knots and 1 RL knot.

Step 11: With the 6th string from the left, complete 2 LL knots and 1 LR knot.

Step 12: Using the 7th string from the left, complete 1 LL knot and 1 LR knot.

Step 13: With the 8th string from the left, complete 1 LL knot.

Step 14: With the 2nd string from the right, complete 2 LL knots.

Step 15: Using the 6th string from the left, complete 2 RR knots.

Step 16: With the string farthest to the right, complete 2 LL knots and 1 LR knot.

Step 17: With the string farthest to the right complete 1 LR knot. Now with the 3rd string from the right, complete 2 RR knots.

Step 18: With the 4th string from the left, complete 7 RR knots.

Step 19: With the 2nd string from the left, complete 8 RR knots and 1 RL knot.

You should really talk in your videos and start from the beginning and not the middle of nowhere. Plus, if you are going to have a description, it needs to be so detailed that no viewers wold have all the questions they left for you....
