A lot of discussion and changes went into the story throughout the year. At first, it was simply about the last unicorn in the world searching for the rest of its kind, but that didnt really go anywhere so after lots of discussion with my tutor, it gradually changed to Unicorn has a son/significant other, he does something stupid and looses son/significant other. Even then, the little details still kept changing. Either way, i wanted a tragic ending from the very start.

The story is meant to be tragic, not funny. =p The alternate ending was changed because it was better to have the father realise its mistake and wear that crown as a reminder of what he lost.
