this song is the best by far, my favourite leonard cohen track, sheer poetry , i must get to see him live before i die, its so captivating.

it really depends on the type of music you like, if you like the older folk/ acoustic songs or the newer cabaret, synthesizer-80's bass songs...

I would suggest Songs of Leonard Cohen as a good introductory album. It's sparse, but it's one of his best.
