@ktar007 Its called Sadomasochism. She likes the feeling of pain when she cuts. Her brain releases the natural ecstasy chemical giving pleasure to her body. Not always sexual though. But it can be close or even better... This is true for a lot of cutters including myself. Only i turned my cutting habit into getting tattoos and piercings. When i want to cut, i draw a tattoo of something expressing the reason why. I will only ever get professional body modification. Sorry for rambling [-

Before my dad died, he gave me a big hug and said he wanted to get me into therapy. I did 2 months before he died and I stopped cutting. I feel for Dawn. The mother is a cunt.

Never EVER take away a self injurers tools. Because when you don't have your tools and you have a urge to cut you panic and use anything you can. Its better to take them away slowly. It is hard to explain how trying to quit hurting youself makes you feel.
