Today was my heavy day on full and partial benching. What I do is bench from the bottom up using the squat cage catch bars as a starting point. This exercise is much harder to do than regular benching. I warmed up with 135, 185, 225, 275 for 3 reps each. And my videotaping started with 315lb bench press at "zero notch" with the barbell resting the squat cage catch pins which is the start my full bench and then afterwards partial benches as I go up every notch.
