Well yes of course any sword for $44.95 is not a Shinken/ Real sword Due to it's Very low Grade of Steel.Stainless steel blades are typically manufactured to be owned as show pieces rather than to be used in battle. High Carbon Steel blades can be used in the dojo due to their strength. Although Tamahagane Steel from Black Sand steel blades would be more desirable for fighting because of their maximum power and flexibility.

You don't make functional swords out of stainless steel :) It has to be carbon steel or spring steel lol

something that is better to hang on the wall for display, rather than use in real life.
