I'd like to see that same pan do the same thing months from now after heavy use
-
But can the pan go in the oven?
-
@rpmrpms Well the studies I have read said the pans needed to be heated to a higher temperature then used for cooking of any kind to release anything harmful with cast iron. Can you point me in the direction of any legitimate study saying otherwise? I havent been able to find one but would love to be well informed.

@rpmrpms You may make some good points but are just rambling at the end. Please clarify your last sentence.

REGREASING THE PANS IS SIMPLE YOU PUT A SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL IN THE PAN THEM WIPE IT AROUND THPAN LEAVING ONLY A THIN LAYER OF OIL
-
What kind of ceramic is it made of?
-
finally!! milk fruit roll ups
@Rollinia It's not about the grease. It's about what teflon and aluminum give off, dangerous ions of metal that go into your body. This idiot "flydaddy" has got his head up his ARSE! He probably works for T-FAL or some sh*t. He is the REAL snakeoil salesman here. Use ONLY ceramic for all your cooking. We don't even go out to dinner anywhere unless I know they do not have fluoride in their water, and they do not use teflon or aluminum to cook with, and that there is GMO in what they serve.
