FANCY:
It is a single movement piece for violin solo. Fancy means the mental faculty through which whims, visions, and fantasies are summoned up. It can be also referred to as imagination, especially of a whimsical or fantastic nature. The music describes these senses by means of utilizing various angular, fragmented, and capricious musical elements. Some contrasts take place at the central section in which harmonics mainly dominate. Nevertheless, the musical materials are highly chromatic and the extreme registral ranges of the violin are frequently explored throughout the piece.
