Playing for 40 years, numerous golf lessons, and still fighting my swing. Never had it explained like this. Now I understand why I have my problem....thank you so much. Wish I had this instruction when I was younger...will pass this on to my son and daughter. Thank you again.

Great advice, I've been trying to figure out the sequence of how the hips should go and this has answered that, definitely going to be trying this out on the range.
