The bosu ball is a great piece of exercise equipment that anyone can use to strengthen muscles. The rear delt pull exercise is a great example of this.

and why would you be talking about lumbar other than stablization for a rear delt exercise? why yes it would also involve thoracic...guess the body works as a unit....gee where is you video mr expert?

at 0:43 she meant lumbar, not thoracic. if you felt it in your rhomboids you would feel it in your thoracic area...by definition.
at 0:54 she clearly meant to say "spinal flexion" rather than "hyper," hyperextension would be the opposite of excessive flexion. obviously she was talking about neutral spinal position (different from neutral posture).
I have a clue, more than this "expert," and I was venting my frustration about the blind leading the blind. you get a clue.

Funny how these "Experts" don't seem to know anything about exercise/physiology. That would be back flexion, not "hyper." She is pretty hot though. I will just leave the comment about "shaking like a chihuahua" alone.
