This is the conclusion of a two-part interview with Mr. Mitchell Helms, the Park Naturalist at Hunting Island State Park. Mr. Helms is responsible for Hunting Island State Park's remarkable Nature Center, and the 1,280-foot wooden fishing pier that extends out into the bay behind the Center.
