Shelley, thank you for your kind compliments! When you dig deep and make up your mind to change your life, you WILL do it and succeed. PS. ProTan is used on bodybuilders for shows. On Stage, like theatrical make-up, the exaggerated color appears natural for the most part.

Making this kind of life change is one of the toughest things to do as there are new challenges and ups and downs every day; but it is so true that we just have to stick to it and never allow ourselves to think it cant be done. Thank you so much for the compliments!! I am currently just under 5 weeks away from my second experience in a Figure Competition and these encouraging words are keeping me going strong! I want to show women everywhere that it IS possible to overcome seemingly impossible weight challenges and achieve health, fitness and confidence in who we are! Thank you again for the compliments, I'm so excited to share the updates after my second show!!!

Thank you!! I did many different leg exercises; key being variety each week to see fast results. The best changes came when I did a stair climber 2x a week for about 20 mins. Also, I did dead lifts, squats and lunges---nothing excessive, I just made sure I was always trying to change it up a little. I would search 'leg workouts' on youtube for ideas every week!
