meet Doug Welch (and his artistic creations) - Vero Beach, FL

Doug Welch is a native of Vero Beach on Florida's Treasure Coast. He makes metal creations along with tie-dyed and hand-painted button-down shirts. As you can plainly see, he's a heck of a guy. He reminded me of Keith Richards + Nick Nolte's DUI mugshot. A real gentleman though. We met him at Waldo's in early Feb. 2011.
