It's a quirky movie from the 80's that has a somewhat Alice-ish plot and is heavily influenced by those old jazzy betty boop cartoons. There are some scenes that remind me of the music here and I think they're on this site if you want more of an example of what i'm talking about- search Forbidden Zone queen's revenge or Forbidden Zone Bim Bam Boom
