Advice: dont work out for more than an 30 minutes to an hour a day. Eat alot of high calorie foods such as peanut butter, milk, bananas etc.You are a kid. You are an ectomorph you need to eat a lot, but dont work out too much because your metabolism will burn off your protein. You will not gain any muslce until you eat like a starving child, high in carbs, protien, etc. P.S. The human body only absorbs 6-9 grams of protein an hour so it does not matter where you get it from.

hey im Geewiz7(Gerald Wilson) im just startin to get work outs i've been doing em kinda since last of 7th grade school in football season and i kinda dont understand da math part but im gettin little muscles and im beenin donin works when ever i had time. i just watch somebodys video workouts and i think i did the whole thing wrong way i geuss but i do eats McDs not all do time what do i need to eats daily so i can get more muscles HELP !!!.
