OMG. I thought MY male bichon (RIP) was the only one who did that!!! He used to do that frequently -- slow motion, and let stuff skim along his back. He'd go around a perimeter of a table that had a tablecloth overhanging and let it drag along his back. He would act just like in this video around our old waterbed... the water bed part overhung the base by about 8 inches and was about 8 or 9 inches off the floor. Hilarious. We lost him this year at age 15 years, 2 months. :-(
