"Coffee with Stacy" - Electric Vehicle Summit (Part 1)

Commissioner Stacy Ritter takes her "Coffee with Stacy" video series on the road to the Coral Springs Marriott where the South Florida Regional Planning Council, the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council and Florida Power & Light host the 2011 Electric Vehicle Stakeholder Summit. Stacy talks with Chris Heshmati with SFRPC about the new technologies surrounding electric vehicles. Although the price of an all electric car might look steep, there is very little maintenance (no oil changes), the cost to refuel is very low and there are zero emissions.
