surgeons can't make their faces too tight to begin with. They must leave some extra tissue to allow room for rejection and new surgeries. That is why the patients look like that at the begining. It is so sad to see people that know nothing about medicine speak like they are experts, criticizing the AWESOME work of those doctors.
