Good god is this the same country that stood up to the most destructive military power that ever existed, the USSR, and defeated them without firing a shot directly at them. They had 40,000 nuclear weapons! Now fretting about economically ravaged third world nations that have no army, navy or air force all because "gee they might get a weapon therefore they might use it, therefore they might use it against us therefore we should go to war with them and kill tens of thousands of their people."

Pre-emptive war is as silly as Floyd Mayweather coming out of retirement because Pee Wee Herman said he is interested in boxing, therefore he might train, therefore might work out, therefore might learn how to fight, therefore might run into Floyd on the street, therefore might get offended at being bumped into, therefore Pee Wee might punch Floyd therefore Floy Mayweather should saturation nuke Pee Wee Herman before he becomes a threat and punches Mayweather.

Then how do you explain China, Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Egypt, Russia. A ton of non-US friendly nations have had to deal with islamist terrorism.

My concern isn't China, Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Egypt, Russia. My concern is with this nation the United States of American. I am fairly familiar behind the reasons why the united states has endured an "Islamic problem" and the motives behind their reasons.

American civilians aprove the war because they know that the countryies they attack cant return fire... Thats global bullying where USA is the big kid.

"Russia and Iran are allies"

That really depends on your concept of allies. There are key issues there: Russia CANT be Iran's ally, because from an Islamic perspective, it is neither a Muslim, Christian or Jewish nation (defined as allowed strategic allies by the Quran). Russia also fears Muslims because of what the US did with the Talibans against them. So this explains why while the US vetos all sanctions against Israel (a real alliance), Russia signs economic sanctions against Iran.

Oh of course. They are not allies in a religious sense. Just a political and business sense. Just like Venezuela and Iran are allies. Russia sells Iran weapons. You can look it up on you tube. I did hear that Russia was ready to sign on to the sanctions. You are correct about that. I did not understand it. But from what I understand they have not actually done it yet? In any case I think Bush's polices have made them closer political and business allies towards a common denominator (the USA).
