There's a nice piece on Bela Tarr's Satantango in the latest edition of the UK film magazine Vertigo. Vertigo features him quite regularly. The magazine also has a good website with articles on Bela Tarr and other filmmakers.

The subtitles are horrible. Why don't they use the original lyrics of "Che Sera Sera" from Hitchcock's "The Man Who Knew Too Much"? For any non-Hungarian users: "könnyedén" actually means "easily" and not "in tears".
