  • shu yongxin knows no kungfu he is a fat dull piece of shit and anyone who knows qigong realizes that he has no spark in his eyes or life in his movements and what an awfull description of what buddhism is

  • shu yongxin knows no kungfu he is a fat dull piece of shit and anyone who knows qigong realizes that he has no spark in his eyes or life in his movements

  • Now I understand how to apply buddha to my life

  • What an interesting video. I just watched an interview with the abbot of The Great Three Gelukpa Monastic Universities of Tibet Gaden Monastery with the title- Interview with H.E Ken Rinpoche. This current abbot of Gaden Shartse is personally appointed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. What he said is quite profound.

  • What is the name of that tv show that this abbot is co-editor of? I saw on a documentary, shaolin meets the west, that he was creating it.

  • wushu is chinese for martial arts, gung fu can loosely be translated as work. So wushu has technically been taught for many, many years in shaolin.

  • homegrownhero- this is incorrect.

monikarai- the translation was wrong. shi yongxin didnt say buddhism means god to him. he was talking about shakyamuni buddha. saying he is not god, but an educator.

the translators even misspelled "buddha". they dont know what they are talking about. its a complete mistranslation of what shi yongxin said.

  • I heard they are teaching Wushu in the Shaolin temples now

  • there is.. but it's not emphasized. the buddhist concept is to put God (whether you believe in him or not) to one side... and just be and live according to the teachings of The Buddha.

  • I thought in Buddhism there was no god...?
