BS: all stars 75# cut'em up! (cutman)

I'm giving one of infinitymugenteam's recently updated characters, cutman by Excursion a test run! I'm in control of the red one.

Cutman: this guy is quite fun to play with. and as you can expect, he is an edit of megaman with extra Hypers.
first there is his tornado Hurricane which he turns into a hurricane and throws boomerangs at his opponents. and plus there is his big scissors snip hiper move. it's SO fun to abuse to chop down your opponent with it. his AI is quite brutal. (or semi-aggressive/cheesy AI as the creator calls it) I really enjoy playing with this character.

I think i can tell the resembelence of the supers between cutman and MVC megaman.

Tornado = Hyper Megaman

Huge Scissors = Rush Drill

That giant scissor Hyper that attacks the enemy Pac-Man style won me over. Heh, I wonder if someone has the wontons to make a soundpack of his old 90s cartoon voice.
