how to practise KARATE

This is our way of karate in city of Brno in the CZECH REPUBLIC, we started with WKF but the older we are the more full contact we need. We try to keep best ideas and the codex of karate as much we can in this our real karate style o the pain :-)

@911driver911 good practice, but the head punches are with sundome? head punches with total kime causes too much damage to be done so many times.
