How does this handle the heavy tones compared to the Boiling Point? will I miss the gain if I buy this instead of the BP?

PGS, you think it's possible to do a run of these without the "Custom/Hand" paintjob? like the ZVex Vexters? it might make these a notch less expensive.

It is amazing what a $350 pedal can do to bring tone to a $2,000 dollar guitar and a $2,000 amp. Not to mention Andy's fingers.
