Let people say what they want....that his music is simple, that is not flamenco, that bla bla bla...it can also be be true..but anyways it's great listening to his music, that's the point. @Kalenski I never claimed to be an expert on any culture, nor did I ever discount the greatness of who the true pioneers are of anything. My point was that music styles evolve, and newer artists often list many of the great pioneers as their influences. That in itself is a compliment to the pioneers. You obviously missed that. Maybe read more carefully before you blast others with your pompous, self-righteous, self-claimed intelligence.
