Nice but heres some constructive critisum I think it has a bit to much recoil. You could be a little less dramtic, also you could do some time remaping and have the recoil move at an exteme speed, (becuse of course the recoil wouldn't be as strong as the way you put your hand back). Also you could use some enviormental glow. For that you could duplicate the layer and set it for add and mask the areas where light would be, (Like on your hand a bit, a big eliptical mask around the actual muzle...

There wasn't an ejected spent casing, I don't know if you can add that effect (or sound effect)
