Who is at fault this time? I was messing around with the famous "death grip" and got it to 1 bar and let go, it wouldn't go back anymore. After a few attempts to airplane mode it, it still return with the same signal. I had to fix this by resetting the iphone. I got my 3G[S] to take this video to show you guys.
Update: I called AT&T Customer Service, after 10 minutes of troubleshooting. The Customer Sales Rep informed me that I may have a defective unit and would need replace it. I was on day 10 of owning this MicroCell which I took back to the AT&T store that I've purchased from and swapped out a brand new one. I don't have any issues now, however, I do get a lot of drop calls still even at Full Bars.
Us too, iPhones won't pick up the signal but the older non-smartphone phones do work
