  • I really don't see how this is any different from the original? Lack of originality man

  • @Theincredibledrummer

    dude, it's a cover song.

  • @shikanaim The whole point of covering a song is to interpret it your way, not just copy it exactly the way it is to start out with. Like what is the point making it exactly the same, why not just put the Blur version on your record eh?

  • @Theincredibledrummer I'm not saying that a cover should sound exactly the same as the original version of a song, to my point of view the song should sound a little closer to the original. Besides, I think this song has it's own originality. I'm no rock-person to evaluate songs, but if that is what you think of this song, since you are a drummer, an incredible one I presume, I rest my case. =]

  • oh fuck YEAH!

  • @kamaradakamikaze yeah! awesome lazy-mode-song

  • ENGRISH version! whoohoo!

  • @xJeremypspx no, if it was a remix it would be released by the band.

  • @Theincredibledrummer If they changed the tune or add anything to the original, won't it be considered a remix then? But no, it's not a remix, it's a cover, therefore they need not change anything from the original. You should think before commenting dude.

  • YEAH! I LOVE THIS SONG!

  • @Theincredibledrummer The tone and production is different.... but not different enough.

  • @fieora blur is british....

  • @jrockkai Yeah i kinda get it if they are trying to bring music into a different market

  • @Theincredibledrummer Well, honestly cover songs can go either way. Some bands cover songs exactly like the original and others dont. Their version is close to the original cept the original is 2 minutes and two seconds long :p But I mean to change the arrangement changes the core of the song. It has two choruses, two verses and two bridges. Not much you can switch up if your going for the whole 2 theme :D

  • @MiharuXD Whatever, I mean obviously the singer sounds a bit different, but really its a rip-off of the original.

  • @Theincredibledrummer The song is played in a higher key and if you listen closely there is slight differences. But like everyone else says it is a cover.
