In a Court setting, i guess you'd say out of the blue "Maybe you are right! Let's see if we can find a way to prove you are right, shall we?"..
This would smash it in the UK Family Courts when posed to an SS (Social Services) officer!!
I think this would work due to the fact that the secret Family Courts rely upon hearsay from "professionals" as "professional evidence"!!

Bad logic (and a waste of the viewer's time) when he says that the difference between "the man chased the dog" and "the dog chased the man" is somehow analogous to "maybe you're right." The dog examples show how syntax (word order) is important in English in order to precisely convey an idea. "Maybe you're right" is not a sytactical issue.
