If you would like to really learn how to Astral Project, I really recommend watching Dero7's youtube...This is a link to his AP teaching session and he really explains in great detail how to induce one yourself. Please take note though he may explain that you may see demons and evil spirits but I really would not be worried about it. Your always protected by many many many more wonderful and positive spirits around you!

Another thing I forgot to explain was the Pineal gland. This gland is in fact a real gland in your brain that is also in fact in the center. This is the control center of certain hormones with the most common one being melatonin. Here is a website explaining what the Pineal gland is (Same website for Astral Travel)
