Osmanli divanisi is the name of the Azerbaycanian Minstrel Music played by Parisa Arsalani in Sefieddin-Urmevi Music Congress held in Iran Urmia at 2005. She is one of the youngest musicians of Iran Who studies Vocal in Azerbayjanian Conservatory in Baku as it is forbidden in her own country. That is why it is mere instrumental as minstrelsy has always been accompanied by minstrel's singing. She earned the best reputation of playing Kopuz (ashik saz) among among the men and women in the Fajr Music Festival held in kerman-Iran 2000.

Actually maybe you would be surprised to know many Iranians (me included) feel a strange but very strong connection to Irish music! I remember around a decade ago there was a video of a stage performance called "feet of flame"...I can not call it anything short of heavenly! rhythmic sounds made by dancers boots orchestrating more than a dozen of dancer in such perfect harmony .... these were just the ornamentation of the music! and aaah such heavenly melodies!
