years ago a 4 year old girl survived a cougar attack near a lake without any harm because her mother had put an inflatable swimmingband around her neck!

I understand his trauma, but let's face it, It's a grizzly bear and due to this unfortunate accident, he's punished. They should never exploit animals for entertainment.

Good work by Rocky the Bear. When are people going to get it through their skulls: Animals DO NOT WANT to be caged, beaten with clubs, and forced to entertain humans with stupid tricks.
I have absolutely zero sympathy for any of the scum who enslave or otherwise abuse animals.
