I don't know who filmed this, but I found it delightful.
Because religiously observant Jews may not use electrical appliances on the Sabbath, they may not use elevators on that day. However, they may use an elevator that has been set beforehand to stop on every floor. Such an elevator is known as a Sabbath (or Shabbat) elevator, and many elevators in Israel have a special Sabbath setting.
This video gives new meaning to the phrase "Shabbat elevator."
