Part 4: while the train leaves to find other souls that need to be reunited and a new conductor now that Rin's found her brother.

Part 3: , so together they begin to take the souls of the dead onto their train, and eventually, they return back to the desert where the train accident originally occurred where the spirits finally go free, and it turns out the brother somehow died before getting on the train, maybe suicide since he's shown jumping, and together he and his sister wander the desert together like they wished they could in their childhood,

Part 2: She brings the train to the town where her twin brother lives and he's mostly a street urchin now so she appears when he's chased by some locals and she invites him to help her conduct the train

I think it's about a boy who's parents got a divorce and they rode the train together for the last time before the father got off with the son in the town they were going to live in, but the sister and mother stayed in the train to continue off to their destination. The train crashed in a desert and the sister is now the train's "Conductor" of sorts, keeping the train going with the souls of those who died on the train accident,
