I do bealive that Prostitution should be a States right issue even thoe that Im against Prostitution on a Persanal Levl but Some times I think and wonder wether it should be a Fedral issue in some cases and some times I do think that it should be a Fedral Issue , but shuch a Transtititiom whould reqire an amendment to the U.S. Constitution . but if the States deside to make prsotitution against the law and its already against the law on the Fedral levl and the Feds disde to Ligalize it the States are gonna lunch all these Crack downs on Prostitution and the Prostitutes them selves are gonna run to the Feds and file law suts and if the Fedral Govermment Makes prostitution against the law and the states deside to ligalize it then that will lead to the Feds expanding the size of the Fedral Govermment and lunching crack downs against Prostitution which will lead to the States and State and Local Police eather not doing anything about it or ... pertisapate in shuch actions and tht will lead to the Local and STate Police aristing and killing the Fedral Police and the Fedral Police doing the same to the Local and State Police and the stitution may get out of had so now the qrestion is wether it should be a States right issue or a Fedral issue and thats the qrestion thats a dision that people should make on there own and I earge to people of this Country to enshure that Prostitution remains against the Law even if the Feds remove there jerastrition on that issue it must be against the law on all levls of Govermment as much as posable but should be illgal in the majorty of States if not all the 50 states of America even if the Feds remove there Jerastrition on that issue that it remains against the law on the State levl Thank you
