  • I'm watching this while drinking pop and eating junk and IM PROUD IVE LOST 3LBS IN THE 2 WEEKS AND I RUN EVERYDAY!!!!!!!!

    FUCK THIS SHIT

  • I actually can't stand Gillian McKeith. She's annoying and some of her ideas are pretty crazy-woo. But clearly some people need her. I admit that I never quite believed there were people in the world who literally lived entirely on junk food. I mean, I don't have impeccable eating habits but I cook far more often than not. Everybody cooks some, right? Apparently not! The people on this and "Supersize vs. Superskinny" completely amaze me.

  • Why is it all on the mom to cook for the other two? Might be tradition, but we see it's not working here for her. Those two others need to pull their own weight.

  • I LOVE toasted seaweed but it is so expensive and so high in sodium :(

I love seaweed, and am probably deficient in iodine and other nutrients of the sea. I live thousands of miles inland and I think it is interesting that humans have evolved to gain the most nourishment from the sea, yet most of us don't eat stuff from the sea.

The sea is currently over-taxed and....what happened? We had too many babies!

  • when I see these kind of people it makes me angry because you have the money and you buy JUNK for your children, instead of COOKING it yourself... your daughter has NEVER eaten a vegetable or for that matter ANYTHING fresh. I really don't think these people have much brains, I enjoy these programs but everytime I see these kind of people I really can't believe it.... many countries are starving and you have that much options and throw them away for PROCESSED "FOOD" and getting children ill.....

  • "nori, found in health food shops and some supermarkets..." in hawaii, nori is in EVERY SINGLE STORE THAT HAS FOOD PRODUCTS (: can't believe holly doesn't like it....

  • @lala123qwe I'm not saying it was an excuse, I'm just saying that I'm not very good at the dieting either~

Working on it though--I've been only buying really healthy foods, and it's been easier for me to diet and lose weight while at my college. :) It's the best place for walking, and there are a lot of healthy and organic food options. <3

  • @CrystalChord2010

im sorry, but still no excuse. i used to be overweight, at my heaviest 140 (im short). i am now 100 pounds and never felt better! i used to think it was because i was lazy but i found out that its 80% diet, 15% exercise and 5% lifestyle. i too loved fruits and veggies! sorry for the rant but you sound alot like me :D

  • how annoying is that backing track?

  • I'm going to get a seizure watching this, it won't stop flashing! There should be a warning!

    Hahaha!

    :)
