They should remake the Pokemon anime by basing it fully on the original games and target an older audience.

Don't the English Dub have the Original Japanese Soundtrack? Or do they make their own? Just asking because I never watched Pokemon in Japanese before.

@xxIchiron47xx In Season 1 (Kanto) they did AS WELL as adding a few tracks of their own. After that though they started using their own music instead of using the original Japanese Soundtrack.
That's a shame because not only do they still use this music in current episodes, but there is orchestrated music of later Pokemon games that we will never hear because the dubbing companies now replace MOST of the original Japanese Soundtrack with their own little tunes that they make.

@TheRealBlueFlame Wow that really sucks. I don't see a problem with adding some of their own music, but replacing almost ALL of the original songs really sucks.

@xxIchiron47xx I know, if they continued doing what they did in Season 1 it would be awesome, things just weird after they started replacing all music with their own.
It completely changed the tension of some scenes, especially when silence that was used to build tension was replaced with music.
