This MLA Shanker Rao is an idiot..he has been slapping and hitting the people for many years.. he openly threatens the people and even the S.I during the recent elections in the poling booth in secunderabad. You can find the video in youtube. The guys like this should be hanged to death in public.. all the public should beat with slippers and throw the shit and dung on this kind of guys..Congress is the worst party which entertains all the old shit .
