Ant infestation in my garden.

God I hate ants. Try to do a bit of peaceful gardening, pull up some paving slabs (or 20) and what do you find? The two biggest ants nests in christendom, parked right underneath. One red, one black.

Bastards.

My kettle wins.

I have raised beds they have two nests,I did the hot water killed so many . I'm going to try boric acid next. Good luck to you.

@DeDe1H1 Anything you can get in a powder form should be best, as they trail it back deep inside the nest - let me know how the Boric Acid goes though, could be a way forward for mine too - good luck =)

@DeDe1H1 About ten kettles of boiling water, plus an industrial shitload of ant powder all over it. There's still some two years later, but not as many.

The boric acid is working! I mixed it with jam 2-1. They eat it like crazy. I put it on a plactic lid and every day I find more dead ants. Hope I didn't mix so strong they don't get it back to the nest.
